We really hope you love your purchase but if, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, you may return it within 21 days of receipt for exchange or refund. If 21 days have passed by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all items included such as dust covers etc.

Returns from locations other than the UK need to be paid for by the sender. Please email hello[at]pourlapomme.com stating the reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or to exchange. The return address is Pour La Pomme, PO Box 72017, London NW6 9SH. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
Once we have received your original purchase for exchange, we will notify you via email that it has been received and that the new item(s) has been shipped. If the item you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, you will be notified via email and estimated delivery timeframe provided. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have requested a refund, once your return is received and determined eligible, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for this process.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are located within the UK.
If outside of the UK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.
